Domestic Construction Project Manager Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000-£55,000 (£62,500 total package) Role Summary Seeking a driven and technically capable Project Manager to deliver domestic retrofit, low-carbon, and energy efficiency projects. You will manage projects from design to handover, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030, and MCS standards, while coordinating installers, technical teams, and residents. Projects include whole-house retrofit, extensions, loft conversions, and commercial-to-residential conversions across social housing, private rentals, and owner-occupied homes.
