Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager
* Overseeing the full food and beverage operation across weddings, events, and conferences

* Taking the lead on service delivery during major functions, ensuring every guest is looked after
* Implementing and maintaining standards, stock control, and rotas with efficiency and care
