People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our well-established client based in the TIPTON, WEST MIDLANDS.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
You must have a Driving Licence for this role as you will be travelling to customer's sites.

Day to Day Duties
As a Field Service Engineer, your duties will be, but not limited to:
Efficiently carry out servicing on a range of company and competitor products
Efficiently carry out repairs on a range of company and competitor products
Ensure all work carried out is of a high standard and quality.
Effectively plan your day to ensure as many repairs and services can be completed in one day.
Travel between numerous sites will be required, including going into customers' homes. (There may be a requirement to stay away up to a week at a time)
Communicate effectively and efficiently with your team members, manager, and the Service – Customer Solutions Advisors.
Exceed customers' expectations by ensuring you always give great customer experience.
Liaise with clients, sales personnel, and Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare personnel at all levels.
Good manual handling skills are essential (e.g., moving equipment, working in cramped or restricted position)
Driving is a major part of the role so good driving skills and attention for detail is required.
Ability to deal with emotional with mental stress as you are dealing with customers that are ill and family members that are under considerable strain.
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Field Service Engineer with our client are:
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than three points
Basic level of English
Reliable and punctual
Good Communication Skills

High Low Baths – variety of models and makes
Bath/poolside lifts and hoists
Understanding of Infection Control
Inventory Control
Environmental Awareness
Service Administration e.g., timesheets, overtime sheets and Job sheets
What training is provided?
PAT Testing
First Aid Training
Fire Warden
Industry related training and support provided throughout
