We are looking for an experienced estate agent who would like to develop their career with an established independent estate agency in Isleworth. This role suits an experienced negotiator who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and being involved in the full sales process. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing residential sales from initial enquiry through to completion Carrying out valuations, viewings, negotiations, and offer management Taking ownership of the sales progression process post-offer Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and related parties Providing regular and clear feedback to clients throughout the transaction Generating new business through local canvassing and lead conversion Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system (Loop) Working towards individual and team targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential estate agency sales Proven ability to negotiate and close property transactions Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proactive, organised, and client-focused approach Experience working in West London or surrounding areas preferred Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's In It For You?
