What you’ll be doing Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to engage confidently in lessons. Assist: Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning plans and personalised support strategies. Engage: Encourage participation and celebrate progress—big or small. Manage: Respond to challenging behaviour with positivity, empathy, and effective strategies. Communicate: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to track and support each child’s development.
