Competitive salary Working hours Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm Free parking Hybrid working (with 4 days onsite for maximum collaboration) Duties and responsibilities: Creating estimates and liaising with AD's in order to approve and send to clients. Manage all billing e.g. PO requests, closing and invoicing jobs Booking resource via Workfront Utilising internal team planning systems where needed e.g. Microsoft Planner Kanban and Sharepoint Taking notes and assigning actions from client facing meetings such as monthly report meetings Manage the ongoing meeting structure of the team, including Monday Stand-Ups, Weekly WIP and DTM Leading on relevant CI (continuous improvement) activity within the team to ensure we are always using the best processes for smooth operations e.g. the upcoming Performance & Social Hub on Sharepoint Ensuring all equipment and props are stored and catalogued efficiently for easy access and inventory monitoring e.g. videography lighting, mics, props, backdrops etc Supporting on new business proposals including supporting on creation of proposal documents, creation and approval of estimates, and arranging playback meetings and next steps with clients Skills and experience required: Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment managing campaigns Experience with global stakeholder management or managing multiple stakeholders in a large organisation.
