Responsibilities
* Manage and improve our existing infrastructure.
* Help build the next generation of our platform.
* Streamline and automate our deployment processes.
* Work closely with our Security team to stay on top of potential threats/patches.
* Provide tools and guidance to our engineers and product teams to improve overall scalability, stability and reliability.
* Share knowledge and experience to support the growth of our engineering team.
Qualifications
* Production experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
* Good working knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Docker and Git.
* Familiarity with supporting production applications in the cloud.
* Experience with monitoring tools, frameworks and processes.
* Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
* Programming experience in Python.
* Good grasp of networking and security concepts/methodologies.
* Linux systems administration experience.
Nice to Have
* Scripting experience (Python, Bash).
* Working knowledge of GitLab CI, Ansible and Packer.
* Splunk operational knowledge.
* Strong interest or experience with containerization and automation.
