What you'll be doing:
-Leading, developing and motivating a team of part and fully qualified accountants
-Owning month-end close, balance sheet integrity, tax calculations and detailed analytical review
-Ensuring robust internal controls and compliance (including statutory reporting and SOX alignment)
-Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT and operational teams
-Enhancing systems, improving processes and driving operational excellence
Overseeing treasury activities including cash flow forecasting and cash management
What we're looking for:
-Qualified accountant with 5+ years' experience
-Proven people management experience
-Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical mindset
