Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician
Randalstown (BT41)
Salary c.£26K – £30K DOE
Our client is a London based group of businesses with an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician who can join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a group with various business interests reporting into a very experienced Head of Finance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Sales ledger / Purchase ledger
2. Bank / Credit cards reconciliations
3. Credit control
4. General ledger
5. Payroll
6. Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
Eligibility criteria:
7. Recent experience working as part of a busy finance team
8. Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
9. High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
10. Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
11. Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
12. Strong planning and organising skills
13. Good numeracy and time management skills.
14. Keen eye for detail
