Early Years Practitioner – Level 3

An opportunity for Level 3 practitioners
We are seeking Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our exceptional Little Prep team at Weston Green School.
We are open to flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours and compressed working patterns.

Weston Green School is a thriving, independent preparatory school in Thames Ditton, Surrey.
Our Little Prep department includes:
5. Ruby Class (2–3 years)
6. Jade Class (3–4 years)
7. Pearl Class (3–4 years)

The role
As a Level 3 practitioner, you will:
8. Supporting high-quality teaching and care
9. Contribute to planning, assessment and curriculum delivery
10. Build strong relationships with children and families
11. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and learning
12. Contribute to the wider life of the school

About you
We are looking for someone who:
25. Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
26. Has experience in an Early Years setting
27. Demonstrates confident, high-quality practice
28. Has a secure understanding of the EYFS framework
29. Is reflective, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
30. Works well as part of a team and can support others
31. Brings energy, warmth and professionalism to the role
