4. Tracking and analysing sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
5. Working closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and boost sales.
6. Assisting in the development of sales plans and strategies.
7. Managing customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
10. Contributing to team efforts and working towards achieving departmental goals.
