This role is all about building supportive, trusted relationships and helping customers feel confident and comfortable throughout their vehicle's service or repair journey. You’ll Be Responsible For Welcoming customers and clearly setting expectations Keeping customers updated throughout their visit Sharing relevant products or services that may support customer needs Ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with the work carried out What We’re Looking For Experience in a Service Advisor role isn’t essential — we’ll provide full training. However, You Will Need At least 12 months of experience in a customer service position Confidence communicating with a wide range of people while creating positive, supportive and helpful customer experiences The ability to stay organised in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines Why Join Us?
