L&D Manager. 6-12 month contract, London (hybrid)
We are working with a leading consulting firm within the financial services sector and are looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale learning initiatives, translating learning strategy into high-quality, scalable solutions that drive capability, behavioural and cultural change.
Key responsibilities
* Lead delivery of learning programmes from discovery through design, development, deployment and evaluation
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective learning solutions
* Own programme governance, planning, risks, budgets and dependencies
* Oversee learning design and content development across blended and digital formats
* Manage internal and external delivery resources
* Partner closely with senior client stakeholders
Experience required
* Proven experience delivering large-scale learning programmes within Financial Services
* Strong background in learning strategy execution and programme management
* Solid understanding of learning design methodologies
* Experience working in consulting or professional services environments
