We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEMH school in Trafford for a Behaviour Mentor, with the intention of the role becoming permanent following a successful 6-week probation period. This initial probation period will be employed through Tempest, after which the successful candidate will transition onto a direct school contract. About the School The school delivers a vocational-focused curriculum, supporting young people to develop practical skills, resilience and independence to succeed beyond education. Students are supported with their Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, and are taught effective strategies to manage emotions, behaviour and challenging situations.
