The Governing Body of Penygawsi Primary School is seeking to appoint a happy, motivated, enthusiastic, and inspiring Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our dedicated and successful team.

The successful candidate will:
•Be an inspirational, dedicated and highly effective practitioner
•Has experience supporting the learning and development of children in Key Stage 2, fostering independence and encouraging active participation in their education
•Have experience of working closely with parents and staff
•Be able to work as part of a close team to achieve the very best for our pupils
•Provide a stimulating atmosphere through play and other age appropriate activities in which all pupils can interact and develop both mentally and physically
•Have a clear understanding of child development and the importance of careful observations
•Provide unobtrusive assistance to pupils, using the knowledge of each pupil’s differing levels of development and ability.
•Have a natural talent for ensuring high levels of wellbeing for all pupils
•Have a genuine desire to be fully committed to the school and its wider community
