Responsibilities
1. Technical ownership of HCP4 systems and related vehicle functions
2. Delivery of software, hardware, and system integration activities
3. Management of project timing, KPIs, budgets, and technical deliverables
4. Cross-functional collaboration and supplier management
5. Support technical roadmap development and future concept activities
6. Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Experience
7. Experience within the automotive industry delivering ECU-based systems
8. Strong knowledge of Body Electronics and vehicle electrical architectures
9. Understanding of systems engineering and product development processes
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
11. Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams
12. Degree-qualified in Engineering or equivalent
Desirable Experience
13. Chartered Engineer status
14. German language skills
