ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Executive Chef of W Edinburgh, the Head Sushi Chef of SUSHISAMBA at W Edinburgh will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operation of the sushi production within SUSHISAMBA restaurant kitchen. This highly specialized role requires several years of previous experience working with a similar cuisine in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
