Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Bath. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult on their vehicle servicing, answering any questions or queries they may have.
Responsibilities
* Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
* Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
* Booking vehicles into the workshop
* Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
* Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
What the role offers
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with a 46.33 hour working week (Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays). The basic salary is up to £30,000 with an OTE of £35,000, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
Do I need experience?
Skills
* No prior automotive aftersales/service advisor experience required; applications from those starting their automotive career are welcomed.
The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Great attention to detail
* A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
* Experience using computer software systems
