We're Hiring – Senior Training & Compliance Officer
DHF is seeking a Senior Training & Compliance Officer to join its technical team, based at the Head Office near Tamworth.
This is a full-time key role providing technical advice to members on standards, legislation, competence, and compliance across the manufacture, installation, repair, and maintenance of building hardware, doorsets, industrial & garage doors, and automated gates & traffic barriers.
The successful candidate will:
* Deliver DHF's suite of training courses virtually, in Tamworth, and at members' premises across the UK and RoI.
* Represent DHF at standardisation and industry meetings, providing expert feedback.
* Support the creation of technical publications and future training courses
* Undertake site inspections and provide detailed reporting.
* Work closely with colleagues to share technical expertise and support members.
We're looking for someone technically minded with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of relevant legislation and standards, and the ability to deliver training effectively. A willingness to travel in the UK and Europe is essential.
