About the Role: Service Care working with a Charity and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Independent Prescriber to join their clinical team in West Yorkshire. You will play a vital role in delivering clinical assessments and prescribing a range of medications (including controlled drugs) in line with national and organisational guidelines to support recovery-focused care.
