We are looking for a night owl with excellent communication skills to work in our Crewe young people's 24-hour accommodation service. You will need to have a strong people focus, and a creative and innovative approach to working with young people.The role includes working alongside the young people on their individual goals, carrying out evening activities and keeping accurate records.
