**please note that this is a 4 month FTC**
Your role as Customer Relations Advisor
* To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary
* Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records
* Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation
