SOLAR ELECTRICIAN

They service the agricultural, construction, fire & security, and ground care industries, specialising in service, maintenance, and groundcare machinery. PURPOSE OF THE ELECTRICIAN
We are seeking a skilled Electrician, ideally approved, to join our client's team covering the South West, mainly working on EV and PV installations. The role reports to the Installations Manager. It is suitable for someone who enjoys travel, meeting new people, and building long-term relationships. The client offers opportunities for personal development, including on-the-job training and certified courses. Candidates should ideally be located within an hour's radius of Devizes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ELECTRICIAN:
* Undertaking commercial electrical installations, EV charger installations, PV and battery storage systems, LED lighting upgrades, and completing NICEIC paperwork.
* Collaborating with the Fire & Security Sales team to explore new business opportunities by combining electrical services with Fire & Security solutions.
* Supervising site activities when multiple operatives are on site.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Qualified electrician with relevant experience.
* Valid CSCS/ECS Gold card.
* PASMA/IPAF training.
* Recognised EV installation training.
* 18th Edition BS7671 qualification.
* Knowledge of fire & security is advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
