Overview
We are looking for a skilled bartender to join our team. A background in cocktails is a must and experience in free-pouring is preferred but not essential as training in this area will be provided. The ideal candidate must have experience in a fast pace bar environment, have great intercommunication and hospitality skills and a passion for making excellent quality drinks.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, using basic math skills to process payments.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while serving drinks and handling equipment.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
* Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to interact with guests and team members.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
