What will the Payroll / Accounts Assistant role involve? Support monthly UK and international payroll processing. Maintain payroll records and reconcile accounts. Process expense claims and credit card reconciliations. Liaise with employees to resolve queries promptly. Prepare and post month-end journals (payroll, accruals, recharges). Raise and post intercompany invoices. Provide general finance admin support. Suitable Candidate for the Payroll / Accounts Assistant vacancy: Good Excel skills. CIPP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential. Proactive, team-focused, and keen to learn.
