35 hours permanent - Monday - Friday 9:15-16:15
~35 hours temporary - Monday - Friday 9:15-16:15
~28 hours permanent - Tuesday - Friday 9:15-16:15
~5 hours permanent - Monday 12:15- 16:00 Tue 9:15-16:15 Friday 9:15-16:15

Do you want to enable people with learning disabilities to be as independent as possible and empower individuals to live their best life? We are looking for a support worker in our day opportunities. We support adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities, some of whom have behaviours that challenge.
• Your skills, knowledge and experience will enable you to recognise, promote and develop a person's strengths and abilities whilst equipping you to support with any physical, emotional and social requirements they may have.
• You will ensure that a person's right to privacy, dignity and choice are at the foundation of all you do.
• You will support and assist people with their health, wellbeing and personal care, paying particular attention to the individual's plans.
• Care, welfare, safety and security is everyone's responsibility, ensuring that you follow relevant policies and procedure will enable us all to work safely.

This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
