A vibrant and well-established business centre is looking for an enthusiastic Business Centre Manager to take the lead in day-to-day operations, promote the centre within the local community, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone proactive, organised, and confident in building relationships.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the centre's daily operations to ensure high standards and seamless service
Marketing the space locally through networking and outreach
Managing office space enquiries and conducting viewings
Coordinating lettings, move-ins, and changes in occupancy
Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate service billing
Organising and attending business events on-site and locally
Building rapport with clients, identifying needs and opportunities for growth
Supervising contractors to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Completing administrative tasks and regular reportingSkills required:
