Join to apply for the Community Matron - Community role at NSFT Jobs. This is a Community Matron position to enhance the safety, experience and outcomes of people using our Child, Family and Young Persons Community service. This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a drive to embed high quality care based on best practice and national guidance. The role will involve providing leadership as well as clinical support to the team whilst contributing to the implementation of strategic plans. We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and is proactive in helping people reach their potential whilst maintaining high quality care. Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and clinical support to the team; contribute to the implementation of strategic plans.
* Embed high quality care in line with best practice and national guidance.
* Maintain and improve systems for quality assurance and high standards of clinical care.
* Ensure services meet essential standards of care as outlined by the CQC and local/national quality standards across domains including Patient Safety, Quality, Environment, Infection Prevention, Physical Health, Safeguarding, Feedback and Complaints, service improvement, and Clinical Audit.
Required qualifications and qualities
* Clinical leadership experience with accountability for services meeting essential standards of care as outlined by the CQC and local/national quality standards.
* Ability to promote patient safety, quality, environment, infection prevention, safeguarding, and service improvement.
* Strong communication, compassion, and proactive approach to helping people reach their potential while maintaining high quality care.
