As a Recruitment Manager you will cover the Wisbech and Huntingdon areas, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the local area.
* Build strong working relationships with employers and bring new employment opportunities for programme participants.
* Work with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve common goals.
* Promote awareness of Reed in Partnership services and benefits to employers and the community.
* Maximise repeat business by maintaining and strengthening employer relationships.
* Collaborate closely with Employment Advisers and Skills Trainers.
* Plan and conduct events such as job fairs and employer days.
* Provide post‑placement support and manage accounts.

Essential Criteria
* A successful track record in a sales, account management or business development role (face‑to‑face and telephone).
* Demonstrable experience of working to targets.
* Willingness to travel locally to meet customers/employers.
* Good knowledge of the local labour market.
* Minimum of 2 A‑Levels or an equivalent Level 3 diploma.
* GCSE English Language at least Grade B, or equivalent Level 2; or achievement of Level 2 Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors.
* Own vehicle for local travel.
* Experience in a customer‑facing environment (e.g., customer services, hospitality, social care).
* Interest in people and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Interest in career and personal development.
