A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Retail and Education Executive for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future retail experience for our beloved brands, focusing on the South Area (Reading). Your days will be a dynamic blend of direct engagement, strategic development, and inspiring education: Training & Development: You'll deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions to advisors within key Boots stores and other retailers, alongside virtual training for e-retailers. This includes covering brand knowledge, new product launches, skin diagnosis services, and personalised product recommendations to drive sales and customer recruitment. You'll also line manage LDB and agency skincare advisors in your area, and lead by example through active selling demonstrations. Relationship & Performance Management: You'll build strong, effective relationships with retail staff, store management, and key stakeholders, transforming them into enthusiastic brand advocates. You'll monitor and review sales performance, providing insights and fostering transparent communication. Brand Presentation & Business Growth: You'll ensure strict adherence to merchandising guidelines in-store, coach skincare advisors for continuous improvement, and provide feedback on stock concerns. You'll proactively contribute creative ideas to develop business across all retailers, support retailer conferences, and contribute blog content for our e-retail partners. Strategic Support: You'll work closely with National Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support training projects, manage advocacy programs, and drive commercial objectives, always ensuring data is accurately collated and reported. Resilience & Adaptability: Resilience, tenacity, and creativity in overcoming challenges and maximising training effectiveness, even when working autonomously. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing a designated territory effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in IT tools for timely data entry, reporting, and territory management. Required Background: Previous training and sales experience within the beauty or healthcare industry. Key Skills: Strong knowledge in skin and cosmetic science, strategic thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship, and experience in organising and delivering events.
