We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior stakeholders, driving the people agenda and supporting the firm's continued success.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be based in their Birmingham office (Hybrid with 1 day working from home).\n\nAs a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Working closely with Partners and leadership teams, you will provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, organisational development, Succession planning and leadership development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR support\nLead on talent development, succession planning, and performance management\nPartner with teams to drive employee engagement\nOversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and compliance\nAnalysing skills gaps and working alongside the Talent team to implement leadership development programmes.\nLead on change management and workforce planning projects \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nMCIPD professional status (or equivalent experience).\nA strong background in HR business partnering, with experience advising on complex employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and change programs.\nProven experience of partnering with senior managers to influence and drive organisational and people performance.\nA data-driven mindset, with experience of using insights to influence business decisions and workforce strategies.\nExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation and coaching skills. \n\nThis is no ordinary HR Business Partnering role!
