Overview
Nestlé Health Science is recruiting a Business Account Manager to drive distribution and brand awareness of the Consumer Care portfolio in Prestige Retailers. You will manage existing and new Prestige Retailer accounts such as John Bell & Croyden, Pharmacy @ Harrods, Pharmacy @ Selfridges, Wholefoods Market and Planet Organic. The portfolio includes VMHS (Vitamins, Minerals and Herbal supplements) and Active Nutrition with seven brands: Solgar, Vita Proteins, Pure Encapsulations, Minami, Nature’s Bounty, Garden of Life and Nuun hydration.
Location: Field based – London
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent upon experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits
Reporting to the Head of Field Sales, you will be responsible for managing execution of the portfolio, promotional activities, pricing and agreements, and analysing sales data to forecast and deliver targets by customer and by territory. You will also execute the VMHS Category Strategy and implement relevant sales drivers across the prestige customer base.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to delivery of Consumer Care commercial targets
* Deliver customer-specific KPIs including sales value and volume, trade spend contribution, new business and distribution for the Consumer Care portfolio
* Be the key point of contact for Nestlé Health Science Consumer Care customers. Manage joint business plans to drive profitable growth; prioritise meetings that deliver against strategic imperatives; provide analysis to customers and internal stakeholders
* Adherence to promotional guidelines and ongoing evaluation of all customer investments. Ensure trade spend aligns with the Brand & Business Strategy. Regular trade spend reviews with Sales Operations & Head of Field Sales
* Create and deliver a strategy aligned to business imperatives and category strategy. Lead with a category-first approach, win distribution in existing and new business while ensuring excellent execution with brand campaigns
* Daily analysis and insight of customer orders and forecasting to drive visibility of current and forecasted sales; share reports and updates for Commercial Review
* Provide insight and data for monthly reviews of volume, plans, NPS, NNS and TAs as part of the monthly process; update Head of Field Sales on risks and opportunities
* Deliver channel-relevant category strategy aligned to business priorities
What Will Make You Successful
* Experience in sales within healthcare or consumer/retail/pharmacy/FMCG/high-end consumer goods
* Experience working in cross-functional teams
* Stakeholder management skills including experience leveraging Nestlé in the Market (NIM) and External Partners
* Experience managing CRM and internal dashboards
* Self-starter with proactive initiative
* Resilient with a can-do attitude; open to diverse perspectives
* Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
* Ability to identify opportunities and implement action plans
* Strengths in quantitative rigour (analytical skills)
* Understanding of financial management and KPI targets
