Citadel Source is delighted to be working with a hospitality brand based in Bristol City Centre, who are looking for a full-time Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent role on a hybrid basis.
About you
You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. The role requires a good communicator who can complete the end-to-end accounts payable process, ideally with previous experience working with European stakeholders.
The role
* Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
* Processing supplier bills and credit notes
* Onboarding new supplier – completing credit checks
* Bank and Statements reconciliations
* Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
* Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
* Ad hoc finance-related activities
Requirements
* Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* European stakeholder experience
* NetSuite experience (desired)
