Algolia is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in London on a fixed-term contract through the end of January 2025 to help build the world's best search & discovery technology. This role will support recruitment for our Product and Engineering teams based primarily in the EMEA market (France and the UK), as well as other technical teams across the organization. You will have a direct impact on the growth and culture of the organization by partnering with hiring managers to identify top software engineering and product management talent, build diverse pipelines, and provide thought partnership on recruitment strategy to match the demands of the talent market. YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: Providing full cycle recruiting services, including creating efficient hiring processes that provide a top-notch candidate experience Partnering with hiring managers to build layered sourcing strategies aligned to hiring objectives Partnering cross-functionally with People Operations, Onboarding, and hiring teams Championing building inclusive and diverse teams Maintaining a high degree of data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse Recruiting) to ensure effective reporting and a data-driven recruiting approach YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE: 4 years of proven success as a technical recruiter (in-house and/or staffing agency experience) Experience recruiting and sourcing for Product and Engineering teams, specifically hiring software engineers and product managers at all seniority levels Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams Excellent relationship management skills Detail oriented with strong communication style Possess ability to work autonomously with a team mentality Self-motivated and curious, and solutions-oriented NICE TO HAVE: In-house experience recruiting at a software company Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN LIVE OUR VALUES: GRIT - Problem-solving and perseverance capability in an ever-changing and growing environment.
