Role: Hire Desk Controller
Salary: c£30-33K
Location: West-super-Mare
Duration: Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
* Arranging and monitoring hire contracts for equipment bookings
* Monitoring and organising contracts and invoicing
* Working with customers to develop relationships
* Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that details are accurate and up to date.
* Liaising with sales, workshop, transport teams to ensure all equipment is prepared on time and to a high standard.
Key Skills:
* Experience in plant hire is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
* Ability to work under pressure
* Enthusiastic and friendly, with a positive attitude.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft package.
* Experience of the Syrinx system is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
* Excellent time management
