The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, youll be at the heart of day-to-day technical operations, delivering hands-on support across multiple office locations. Youll provide a brilliant experience for users, ensuring they stay connected, productive and secure.
You will:
* Work closely with fellow IT Support Engineers and the wider IT team to deliver high-quality support.
* Set up, configure and optimise laptops, mobile devices and user accounts, supporting smooth onboarding.
* Install, maintain and support authorised software, ensuring systems remain secure and fully updated.
* Play a key role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure across the business.
