Due to continued success and new client wins, we’re looking for a Test Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative testing team. What you’ll do As a Test Analyst at PMC, you’ll play a key role in delivering testing projects across the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in the delivery of testing projects for key retail clients, from planning to completion. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and participation in service reviews. Contributing to the creation of test strategies, test plans, and test scripts to ensure that all deliverables meet client requirements. Identifying new opportunities to add value and expand PMC’s testing services within client accounts. About you We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong communication skills to the role. You will have: Proven experience delivering testing projects through to successful completion. The ability to build trust and credibility with clients. Hands-on experience across some of the following testing areas: System, Load, Performance, Integration, and End-to-End Testing. Experience across multiple test phases, from requirement review and test case creation to execution, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect management. Familiarity with testing tools such as Mantis, Quality Centre, Bugzilla, Jira, TestLink, Test Director, or QTP. Flexibility to work on client sites when required. Why join PMC?
