Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles (HGV/LCV)Location: Bicester
Salary: £28,000 £34,000 + bonus up to £4,000Hours: 44.5 hrs/week (rotating shifts) + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings ()
Key Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Manage job cards, service documentation, and invoicing
* Book, schedule, and prioritise workshop work
* Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
* Obtain authorisations and process approvals
* Control WIP and ensure accurate costing/invoicing
* Upsell additional repairs and services where appropriate
* Liaise with technicians, parts, and subcontractors
* Maintain accurate service history and records
* Ensure reception and customer areas are well presented
