Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest bedrooms to a high standard Make beds, refresh linens, and clean bathroom areas thoroughly Clean windows (interior), including sills and surrounding areas Hoover carpets and mop floors in guest rooms Clean and maintain hallways, corridors, and stairways within allocated areas Empty bins and ensure all waste is removed daily Replace towels and replenish room supplies as required Cleaning & Maintenance Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks as directed by housekeeping management Report any maintenance issues promptly using the internal reporting system Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas, including lobby and guest toilets Health, Safety & Standards Follow all hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures at all times Use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately Complete all required training, including topics such as Norovirus, Bed Bugs, and Manual Handlin Maintain high standards to support guest safety and comfort General Duties Follow team rota and attend shifts punctually Work efficiently to meet daily room targets Carry out any additional reasonable duties as requested by hotel management
