We are looking for a Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate to join our Salisbury based Team.

The Team

We advise on the full range of issues that can arise in relation to an estate or trust, from one-off questions to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. Our work includes challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, landed estates, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious litigator to join this growing team. The role will involve the complete spectrum of contentious trust and probate work for private clients and charities with opportunities to specialise over time. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and learning from recognised experts.
Competencies
The successful candidate will:
* have a strong litigation background;
* have some contentious trust or probate experience;
* have undertaken or be willing to undertake the ACTAPS Course;
* display a positive attitude, be self-sufficient and flexible;
* be analytical, conscientious and attentive to detail;
* have good communication skills;
* be commercially aware;
* be willing to participate in the firm's business development activities; and
* enjoy working as part of a team
