Set within beautiful countryside grounds in Berkshire, this prestigious property forms part of a globally renowned luxury hotel collection and is known for its outstanding service, exceptional dining and world-class hospitality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for people development, training and service excellence to play a key role in shaping the learning culture of a leading luxury hotel.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

£40,000 per annum plus £5,000 tronc
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What youll be doing as the Learning & Development Manager
Leading the hotels learning and development strategy
Delivering engaging training programmes across all departments
Supporting managers with coaching, development plans and performance improvement
Ensuring new starters receive an exceptional onboarding experience
Monitoring training effectiveness and identifying future development opportunities
What were looking for
Previous Learning & Development or Training experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel
A strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards
A confident trainer who can inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for developing people and supporting career growth
