MRS Digital is hiring a proactive Growth Marketing Executive to help drive our awareness and commercial growth. This office-based role blends sales support and marketing coordination, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll support lead generation, track pipeline activity, and coordinate content and campaigns across social, email, and events. You'll need to be organised, digitally fluent, and confident both online and in person. While the role supports strategic initiatives, we're looking for someone who can also bring fresh marketing ideas to the table and challenge us to think differently.
Responsibilities
* Brand Marketing & Commercial Support
* Coordinate MRS Digital’s marketing efforts, including social media management - planning and posting content
* Manage outbound prospecting and ABM campaigns, from research to delivery via email, LinkedIn and Direct
* Manage content approvals and support the delivery of blogs, case studies, and SEO aligned articles
* Help organise and promote events & webinars
* Plan and execute email marketing activity
* Assist in producing short-form video content (filming, editing, publishing) for LinkedIn & Meta
* Support the internal marketing team on storytelling, brand visibility, and content ideas
* Contribute proactively to marketing strategy sessions with new ideas for campaigns, channels, or formats
* Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for the senior team
* Maintain and improve CRM workflows and reporting
* Support creation of sales proposals and pitch decks, ensuring quality and brand consistency
* Work with the Commercial Director to identify key prospects for ABM
* Manage the sales KPIs and pipeline performance tracking, providing insights to Commercial Director
* Contribute ideas to improve prospecting and sales processes, bringing a fresh perspective to how we approach new business
What we’re looking for
* Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial hybrid roles (agency background is a bonus)
* Must be commercially focused, understanding the value in delivering commercial impact through marketing activities
* Role would really suit someone who has run their own business
* A working understanding of Account-Based Marketing
* Good knowledge of digital marketing channels, especially SEO, PPC, and social
* Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent organisational skills
* Proficient with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), Canva, and social media tools
* Confident creating and posting short-form video content
* Comfortable multitasking and collaborating across internal teams
* Proactive mindset, willing to challenge and contribute to the development of new sales and marketing strategies
