Overview:
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to manage property claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. This is a remote role with regular site visits across London and the South East.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a portfolio of commercial property claims ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors including property owners, retail, industrial, and commercial offices.
* Conduct site visits and investigations.
* Negotiate settlements and manage claims efficiently to control indemnity spend.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams including other adjusters and technical experts.
* Support the business with surge events when required.
About You:
* Proven experience managing high-value commercial property claims.
* Loss Adjusting experience (min 2 years).
* Site visit experience.
* A general understanding of building construction.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Ability to assess coverage, validate claims, and identify recovery opportunities.
* Clean driving licence (company car provided).
