The Role
This role focuses on managing and supporting enterprise-level device management platforms, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM). The position requires hands-on expertise in deploying, updating, and maintaining Windows operating system images and ensuring smooth device lifecycle management across a large enterprise environment.
The individual will work across several end-user computing technologies such as virtualization, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and related infrastructure components. Responsibilities include managing software updates, Windows servicing, and overseeing Windows Update for Business deployment rings. The role also involves troubleshooting client/server issues related to MECM, managing Group Policy configurations, and contributing to infrastructure design, maintenance, and problem management processes.
Overall, this role is suited for someone with strong technical depth in MECM/SCCM, solid understanding of enterprise Windows environments, and the ability to design, implement, and maintain device management solutions at scale.
Your responsibilities: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
Manage and administer the MECM/SCCM platform to support enterprise-wide device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Create, update, and maintain Windows OS images for multiple hardware standards across the organization.
Handle software updates and patch management, including deploying updates via MECM and overseeing Windows Servicing and Windows Update for Business rings.
Build, test, and implement Windows builds for large-scale enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot MECM client and server issues, performing root-cause analysis and resolution for device management problems.
Support Group Policy administration, ensuring correct configuration and assessing the impact of policy changes across the environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and virtualization technologies to ensure smooth end-user computing operations.
Design and execute MECM infrastructure maintenance tasks, including backups, performance tuning, and system health checks.
Develop and maintain documentation related to building processes, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
Contribute to problem management and continuous service improvement, identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term fixes or optimizations.
Ensure security and compliance by enforcing configuration baselines, applying security updates, and aligning device management practices with organizational and regulatory standards.

Flexible 24x7 support operations through rotational shifts
Weekend On-Call for production support escalations
Support, security and anti-virus products for windows devices
Coordinate with vendor for repair/replacement
Troubleshoot and provide remote support
Providing Touch services on need basis within the designated work locations
Responsible in resolving the tickets assigned to their resolver group within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Coordinating with Vendor for hardware issues
