Key Responsibilities
Allocate staff to flights, tasks, and operational areas based on skills, availability, and workload.
1. Monitor real-time operational requirements and adjust deployments as needed.
2. Maintain accurate records of team deployment, shift changes, and task completion.
3. Communicate effectively with Duty Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams throughout each shift.
4. Use scheduling systems, allocation tools, and radios to manage workflow efficiently.
5. Support operational disruptions, delays, or escalations by reallocating resources promptly.
6. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, working time regulations, and site procedures.
7. Report staffing shortages, attendance concerns, and operational risks in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements
9. Previous experience within aviation, scheduling, rostering, control room operations, or other fast-paced operational environments is advantageous.
