* £26,341.88 per annum, increasing to £27,132.14 after a 3-month probation

The Role:
We are seeking Production Operatives to join our friendly team at the Leominster factory. The role involves operating complex equipment safely and efficiently, performing daily routines, checks, and defect reporting. Full training will be provided to operate lines (packing or process) and ensure high-quality production.
Working Hours:
4 days on, 4 days off, rotating days and nights. Shifts are 12 hours (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). Due to our rural location, own transport is necessary.
