We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our client's team, one of the UK's premier breakdown service providers, covering Cardiff and the surrounding regions.
This Mobile Vehicle Technician position offers a unique opportunity for skilled technicians to work in a customer-focused environment, providing on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs, eliminating the need for customers to visit a garage.

Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:
* Attend customer locations at their homes or workplaces for scheduled vehicle servicing and repairs.
* Perform light vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently to industry standards.
* Provide excellent customer service, acting as the friendly face of our client as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate reports of work carried out and parts used as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
Requirements:
* Qualifications to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Several years’ experience within the motor trade working on light vehicles.
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in various customer environments.
