The Product Propositions Manager is a key role supporting the organisations mission to deliver customer-focused professional development across the FE and Skills sector. Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Propositions, you will manage and enhance the organisations D2C and B2B offerings, including membership, CPD, and professional status products. Working across teams, you’ll ensure all propositions are insight-led, strategically aligned, and deliver clear value to Members and Partners. You’ll lead value proposition design, support planning cycles, and contribute to commercial decision-making to build a cohesive, accessible, and sustainable portfolio.
