Role Responsibilities
1. Provide a HR advisory service compliant with Force policy and employment legislation, supporting the HR Business Partnering Shared Services.
2. Undertake projects involving research, analysis, diversity data, report writing, and assist in developing HR practices and procedures.
3. Monitor staffing levels against establishment and ensure PeopleSoft reflects the agreed establishment for officers and staff, using tools like spreadsheets and ECRIS.
4. Coordinate work from Shared Services, ensure activity meets levels and timescales, and verify data accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.
5. Prepare for and attend resourcing meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions. Act as Chair when necessary.
6. Assist in succession planning and forecasting for various departments such as custody, CID, PDU.
