Job Overview: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff and ensuring students receive a high-quality learning experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in delivering engaging lessons, working closely with pupils both individually and in groups, and covering classes during teacher absence. You will also support pupils with additional educational needs or learning requirements, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.
